lost control of driver seat
DRIVER SEAT WENT BACK FLAT AND WOULD NOT RETURN TO NORMAL POSITION. SEAT BOTTOM , RAILS, AND CONTROLS HAD TO BE REPLACED. INFINITI DISAVOWS ANY RESPONSIBILITY BECAUSE THE CAR WAS BEYOND WARRANTY PERIOD. INFINITI REPRESENTATIVE ALSO SAID THEY FACTORED IN THE FACT THAT I HAD NOT USED THE DEALER FOR NORMAL MAINTENANCE. THE CLOSEST DEALER IS ALMOST AN HOUR AWAY. I CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE (USA) AND CEO INFINITI (USA).
