It's still not fixed and I contacted Infiniti National number because i saw vent tube and printed circuit recalls on years just prior Inifiniti I35 and Nissan Maximas. I asked for some consideration as, I have problems getting vehicle to pass inspections because of this well-documented and chronic problem.

Issue is still not fixed and I have spent nearly $400 on the same issue for three years.

Now, after replacing both camshaft sensors that failed under 100K mile last year, I get the same issue and seems every Inifiniti I35 and G35 2001-2003 could have potential solder issues on printed circuit board. But, Infiniti recall stopped year prior to 2004... hundreds of more dollars, the vehicle now suddenly shuts down without warning on the highway AGAIN! (Evap codes 1456, 0442 and 0455.)

Inifiniti contacted me on dangerous Air Bag Recall - on same car - and I asked if a vehicle stopping on interstate without warning was a greater danger to owner and other commuters traffic.

Their reply was to say we will only fix airbag... they do not care about public safety, in my opinion and Infiniti just means you pay more than Nissan name without any customer retention or service. Oh yeah, Infiniti did an extension to 100K miles for a radiator warranty. Mine went out under 100K and I cost $1500 since power steering line was failing, also.

I owned two prior Infiniti I35 and I30's without problems and now my issue will last for Infiniti - and they do not care about retaining their customer base - and the car is a lemon.
