condensation in head light condensation in head light condensation in head light condensation in head light condensation in head light condensation in head light

disturbingI had the worst car service experience in my entire life at Faulkner Infiniti of Willow Grove: I came 10/04/2016 at 7:45 am for my scheduled repair - passenger side headlamp failed (full of condensation, both bulbs not working, see photos). The service adviser (Christine) informed me that because it looked to her that paint on the front bumper does not look exactly as on body of the car, she thinks the bumper is not original and therefore, my warranty coverage for this repair will be denied - I would have to shell out about $1800 out of my own pocket. I could not believe what I was hearing - this car has never been to any accident; no paint job has ever been done to it. I immediately requested to pull out any Carfax data, police reports, to call my insurance, or better yet - to check the paint with a special electronic device that all dealer should have, or take the bumper out and compare serial numbers to prove everything is original. She bluntly refused to do any of these. I could not believe that Faulkner Infiniti of Willow Grove has actually fabricated a reason not to cover the warranty repair. Then I wanted to talk to a service manager (Steve): he was busy typing something on his computer - did not even want to listen to me - just told: "warranty denied". Christine has never faxed me the promised service records (maybe they will decide afterwards what to put there). Most disturbing - I was never given anything in writing. I need this car to be fixed ASAP, all related documentation should to be given to me unconditionally. By the way, I first noticed this condensation right after getting the car back after having it for 3 weeks at the same dealership's for transmission replacement (got it back on 09/03/2016.
