Every since my first oil service in 2012 I have noticed a strong smell of antifreeze coming from the engine compartment. I have had two separate Infiniti dealers look at it and so far neither have been able to locate any antifreeze leaks and there are no leaks on my garage floor. The car has only 21K original miles and has had all it's recommended maintenance to date. I refuse to drive this car on extended trips for fear of a catastrophic coolant failure. None of my other cars have this smell. Having some auto mechanical knowledge I know this is bad. I hope not an issue with a heater core, cracked block or such. If a hose was leaking that should have been found during routing maintenance or there would be tattle tail signs of leaks. I would really like to find the cause so as to have it repaired prior to something major occurring.
