I understand my vehicle has a lot of miles, I have taken care of it and have it serviced. I am extremely upset at Nissan and Infiniti!! There is a horrific problem with the 2004 to 2010 qx56 and Armadas. They knew about the problem and had 37,184 warranty claims for this problem. The brake pedal will drop to the floor and you will hear a loud grinding noise. I was unable to stop or slow down. The red brake light may come on or it may not. As soon as you turn your vehicle off it will reset and your vehicle may be fine for weeks! Then - wham - it will happen again.

It is a faulty C1179 code, delta stroke sensor, brake booster. I don’t give a sh*t what it is! It causes brake failure and there have been deaths and lawsuits. Nissan and their scummy lawyers with no conscious have gotten out of having to issue a recall! Instead, they let the service techs know at the Infiniti dealership! If you don’t take your vehicle there then you won’t ever know until you have a crash, kill someone, or experience the issue!!

This infuriates me, I have called and they deny the problem, and act like it’s the first time they have heard this!! Bullshit! I will do everything in my power to let others know about this! This is a very serious problem and they continue to deny it!!

This model of Infinity has a complete brake system defects. This is extremely terrible and ridiculous for an expensive vehicle. I need to be reimbursed for this expense on the car.
