Throttle cable sticking. There is a fitting above the manifold that the cable run through. This fitting has a rubber gasket that I assume is to keep grime from the cable sleeve. This gasket deteriorated, getting rather gummy and caused the throttle to stick open after depressing th gas peddle.

I removed the this fitting and removed as much of the rubber gasket as possible and then lubricated it with graphite.
