Summary
"ISSUE: CUSTOMER REPORTS THAT THEY CAN HEAR A CREAKING/TICKING NOISE WHILE DRIVING COMING FROM THE SEATBELT IN THEIR F-TYPE. CAUSE: IN THE AS-WORN CONDITION, THE SEATBELT WEBBING CAN COME IN CONTACT WITH THE SEAT MATERIAL. THIS CONDITION CAN BE PRESENT OR NOT DEPENDING ON OCCUPANT SIZE, SHAPE AND SEAT POSITION. UNDER DYNAMIC INPUTS, THE WEBBING CAN RUB ACROSS THE SEAT MATERIAL AND CREATING A CREAKING/TICKING NOISE IN SOME CASES."
