The contact owns a 2003 Jaguar S-type. While attempting to enter the vehicle, the contact noticed that the rear passenger side door would not unlock. The vehicle has not been diagnosed by the dealer. The current and failure mileages were 54,000. Updated 08/31/09 the door did not open manually or with using the remote. Updated 09/09/09.
