The contact owns a 2005 Jaguar X-type. While making a left turn on a hill at an unknown speed, the contact was involved in a head on crash. None of the air bags deployed and the contact sustained permanent brain damage. The manufacturer has not been notified. The current and failure mileages were 17,000. Updated 08/21/09.
