I just bought this car not even 2 months ago and then it just shut off while I was driving it. Then it wouldn't start again and it started to smoke when I tried to start it. Now I'm stuck with the car I spent $10k on.
My car started cutting out and stuttering and knocking. Then it stopped, then started again. Now it will make a sound like a diesel engine and go dead going down the road. I was told it isn't in the Kia recall for the defective engines but the problems I have are the same. I think Kia should replace the engines and I definitely wouldn't recommend Kia to anyone. And I definitely wouldn't buy another one.
I was thinking about getting a Kia SUV but not now. I was almost in an accident because it went dead on the interstate.
