While driving my 1995 Land Rover Discovery, when ever my cell phone ( motorola startac) would ring, there appeared to be a lot of chatter (clicking of relays sound) from the fuse box. I finally after replacing all the fuses and relays, replaced alternator twice and a new battery, the phone company notified me that the cell phone would not work correctly with their new (at&T/pacbell) system and replaced it with a nokia. The problem went away after making the cell phone swap.
