Caller got a recall on the gas tank.. he has a crack in gas tank, and the dealer is giving him no help. Dealer keeps making excuses why they cant do recall work. Manufacturer has offered no help.
Tire failed, vehicle became unstable and rolled over gas tank integrity failed, gas splilled and ignited. Recall was to take place by April 2003. It has not. I believe they are intentionally dragging their feet to save a few pennies and are putting other Land Rover owners at risk in the meantime.
