The contact owns a 2017 Land Rover Discovery. The contact stated that while it rained, the front passenger's and driver's side filled up with water. The vehicle was taken to Land Rover alexandria (2712 duke St, alexandria, va 22314, (877) 832-9362) where the sun roof and windshield were inspected. The technician determined that the drain hose was not draining correctly and the windshield was repaired incorrectly. The windshield was replaced. The failure recurred with the sun roof. The vehicle then was taken to another dealer where the sun roof was inspected and repaired. The remedy to the failure was not duplicated. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and referred the contact back to the dealer. The failure mileage was approximately 10,000.
