When I'm driving on the parkway the vehicle accelerates on it's own to 100mph+ then it cuts off.

While attempting to change a flat tire using the factory supplied vehicle jack, the jack fell over and caused the vehicle to fall, pinning my hand in between the spare tire and the rear left fender. The vehicle was stationary at the time with the emergency brake engaged. My hand was pinned for about 3-5 minutes before my son and a good samaritan were able to lift the vehicle off of my hand. I later had X-rays done, which were negative. My hand was cut and bruised, so I did have to get a tetanus shot.

I was driving down the freeway at approximately 70 mph when my sunroof exploded for no apparent reason. It sounded like a shot gun went off in my car and scared me so bad I nearly lost control of the vehicle. I literally thought I was being shot at. It took me a second to realize what had happened. I looked around and there was glass all over myself (driver), and the front seats. Most of the glass landed in my child's car seat on the rear drivers side. Thankfully he wasn't in the vehicle. This is a serious problem. I thought at first it was a rock that bounced off the glass on the sunroof, but there was not a mark on the roof of the car. I filed an insurance claim and they are repairing it this coming Saturday. In the meantime I have shut the sunroof cover to make sure glass isn't coming through the car.
