The contact stated that on another occasion, while at a traffic light, the brake pedal was depressed but the vehicle failed to stop. The vehicle was then taken to a dealer, but the dealer was unable to duplicate the failure. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 5,000.
