Summary

Jaguar Land Rover North America, LLC (Land Rover) is recalling certain 2020 Range Rover Evoque vehicles. The cover for the left-side lower knee air bag may come loose, allowing the air bag cushion to unfold.

Actions

Dealers will replace the left-side lower knee air bag module, free of charge. Interim letters notifying owners of the safety risk were mailed April 7, 2025. Owners may contact Land Rover's customer service at 800-637-6837. Land Rover's number for this recall is N979. This recall expands and replaces previous NHTSA recall 21V-168.
