While driving at night at highway speed the car experienced an electrical anomaly twice, each time causing the headlights, dashboard lights and several electronic functions to go off for approximately 1 second. Head lights and dashboard lights came back on but several electronic functions were inoperable as noted on vehicle warning screen (hill descent function, vehicle stability function, emergency brake assist function ) once vehicle was stopped and turned off these fuctions seemed to reset themselves. Extremeley dangerous situation at high speed morning commute.

This event nearly caused us to get into an accident due to the loss of headlights and interior dashboard lights.
