The contact owned a 2015 Lexus Ct. While stopped in traffic, the contact's vehicle was rear ended by a 2005 Subaru crossfire. The contact then crashed into a 2011 Honda CR-V, hydroplaned, and crashed into the Subaru crossfire. The vehicle was towed and deemed a total loss. The air bags did not deploy. The contact sustained five bulging damaged nerves and medical attention was provided. The driver of the Honda CR-V sustained unknown injuries. A police report was filed. The local dealer and manufacturer were not contacted. The failure mileage was approximately 70,000.
