TT: After performing a battery test using the DCA-8000 battery diagnostic charger and the battery health has been considered a ?Good? condition, the DCA will automatically enter a post-test charging mode.
In the post-test charging mode, the DCA analyzes the current state of charge of the battery and automatically begins to charge the battery to a fully charged condition, 100% state of charge. The time required to charge the battery to full will vary.
Once the DCA enters the post-test charging mode the battery test has been completed, and further charging can be conducted under the Technician?s discretion. Selecting ?Stop? will cancel the automatic charging of the battery and return the user to the DCA results screen. The test results and charge time can be printed or emailed from the results screen.
