RX 330 V8

This second time it happened my mechanic said it was because he put "fuel injection fluid" in it the day before and I hadn't "driven' it enough to get out??? It felt just like the first time when i got new tires, brakes, etc. etc. for $2600

I am afraid it is something really serious. Does anyone know>?
