Range Anxiety (only get 160 miles per full charge), Lexus claim 220. in the dealership 5 times, 4 times for humming noise which get louder going 35mph or higher.1st time they blame on worn out tire and alignment. Replace all 4 tires and alignment, same problems! 2nd time replaced front right bearing, same problem. 3rd time replaced front left and right rear bearing, same problem. 4th time replaced rear axle! pickup the Suv from dealership and drove home, have the Suv fully charged same night, try to start it after fully charged, suv have all kind flashing lights like a Christmas Tree, then door Lock and Unlock several times, then went black out. Lock me inside the suv, luckily I had the window down before charging, climb out through the window call Lexus and tow to the dealership!
Tried to claim Lemon! Lexus would not honor it saying Their Lexus New Vehicle Limited Warranty of 12 months 12,000 miles. Lemon Laws said 2 years 24,000 miles! Lexus refused it! Been owning 5 Lexus (1999 RX300, 2007 ES 350, 2007 RX350, 2016 RX350, 2023 RZ450e) Never buy a Lexus again! Customer Loyalty don't mean anything, very disappointed being a loyal customer!
