At 17500 miles I have to replace all 4 run flats (OEM). I have had the car aligned twice and the tires rotated as well. The wear on all 4 tires is down to 2/32 on just the inner tread. I have a good 8-9/32 left evenly on all other treads--IOW, another 15000 miles the way I drive..... Is the car's camber a problem? Why can't it hold an alignment??
