I Purchased my new Mazda CX3 on the 10/07/2016 On the 18/07/2016 I brought it in for its firs 1000k service where I informed Cleveland Mazda of a vibration in my gearstick. The vibration continued.

They serviced my car and booked me for the 25/07/2016 to have my steering looked at. The Vibration continued. Mazda Cleveland believed it may have been my Gearshift assembly The Vibration continued and got worse.

On the 22/08/2016 I had my Gearshift Assembly replaced by Mazda Spring Wood They did not road test the vehicle i took this vehicle out on the free way and drove it right back to Mazda Spring Wood presented them with my keys and said that the problem was not fixed. There response to my face was (it’s not our problem) Still on this day I took my Vehicle to Mazda Mt Gravatt where I went for a ride with a mechanic, I explained the problem and what had just occurred at Mazda Spring Wood he said (that should not have happened) but did agree that the Vibration was still in the Gearstick. After that I took my vehicle to my Mechanic D&R Automotive at Wishart where he is an Authorised Mazda Mechanic he said (there is a vibration in the gearstick and was surprised to learn that the gearstick had been replace and the problem was still there, he would have expected a vehicle with over 100,000km on the clock to be experiencing this type of problem not one that had done less than 5,000km). I then drove back to Spring Wood Mazda where I conveyed what I had done and the fact that I took it to another Mazda Mechanic and to an Independent they then surged and said again (it’s not our problem) I called Mazda Australia and then I started working through Customer Service there. The Vibration continued.

I Took my Vehicle to Mazda Cleveland where the work on the car was not reported in August 2016 They (played around) with the rods in the gearshift. I once again took it for a test drive and brought it right back and said that the problem was not fixed and also reported it to Mazda Australia while there in the office. Mazda Australia made an appointment for Mazda Field tecs to come out and road test my Vehicle. The Vibration continued.

On the 20/09/2016 I met the Mazda Field Tecs at Grand Prix Mazda where all three of us went for a drive in my Vehicle and then in the Demo Akari. When the field tecs drove the Demo they both agreed that (The Demo was worse than my Vehicle) they both believed that the problem was a characteristic of the vehicle and range, and that if the problem were to get worse to contact Mazda Australia, The both assured me that they would log a report with Mazda Australia and Mazda Head office. No report was loge by the field tecs at Grand Prix Mazda

The Vibration continued and eventually got worse it was also in my steering wheel and in my driving pedals by this time. I contacted Mazda Australia and informed them that the problem had returned and was worse i booked in to Mazda Springwood reluctantly for them to inspect the Vehicle. On the 14/03/2017 on this date I took my Vehicle in to go for a drive with the Foreman I explained to him what had happened and the problem was worse. The Foreman went for a drive with me and did not seem to be interested in my Vehicle. They kept me waiting for 45 minutes when I was told by one of the service people straight to my face that the Foreman had said (It cannot be fixed). I called Mazda Australia and relayed the Foreman’s report In Mazda Australia’s words when I asked for a replacement Vehicle (it’s a Characteristic of the Vehicle and cannot be fixed) The Vibration still continues.
