The contact owns a 2007 Mazda 5. while driving 40-45 mph, the contact crashed into the front and rear passenger side of another vehicle. The contact stated that the airbags did not deploy. There was extensive damage to the front end of the vehicle. The hood folded, and the vehicle had to be towed. The contact sustained jammed tendons in her left hand, and experienced whiplash.
