I have a 2004 Mazda 6S I have had two incidents where the fuel line has detached from inside the engine and the car has stalled and gasoline has poured out from underneath the car. The first time the dealership told me that there was a recall and I should received it in the mail, I later found out there was no recall. They then fixed the car supposely and three months later it happened again.
