The exhaust gaskets in this model fail leading to very loud noises from the engine which then leads to terrible emissions and failure of exhaust system. I looked the issue up online (and on this site) and found a tsb (01-024/07) that covered what I thought was the issue. This tsb said that the gasket between the exhaust manifold and cat was causing the noise.
