In one month I have had to replace 2 tire pressure sensors. When I asked about why these are going out they told me that there have been a lot of issues with the ones on my car, which is why Mazda has since changed to a different sensor. The first one was a slow leak and I would have to fill it every few days, which although a huge pain, made it to where I could wait to bring it in when I had time to be car less for a few hours. The most recent one happened two days ago.I got home from one job AT11 pm. The tire pressure light came on my drive home and I was thinking I was having problems again with the first one. I woke up at 7am to go to my other job and as I was driving there my car was very jerky so I pulled over at the gas station right by my house to check on my tire and it was completely flat.I went from close to full pressure to 0 in 8hours.this is very dangerous and a huge safety issue! if I had been out farther in the country or on a long car ride or if I hadn't noticed it was not steering correctly, this could have easily caused an accident. If I was pretty much told that the part was faulty at the dealership and it was known to leak then this should be recalled before someone gets hurt or worse.
