This problem was very intermittent about 5 times over 35000. Screen would lock up or go dark when switching displays. Could not use radio or any other function. Shutting car off cleared it except when it went dark then you had to pull fuse to power. They first updated software but it happened to me on way home from repair. Took it back again and they gave me a loaner and they replaced the whole unit. Have not had a problem since.

Car stereo system, dashboard and driving display would reset while driving almost like you were first starting the car. Car also would turn off and on hazard lights at random times. At first I thought the car was just having a rare almost like a fluke like a one time thing or i was crazy but the car would do it more and more frequently.

Took the car to the dealership multiple times. They always told me they could not replicate the issue. They just flashed the system and told me everything was fixed, this happened 3 or 4 times.

Eventually the head module had to be replaced. The problem still continues with the stereo system resetting itself.
