Bought the car new, a 2018 model in April 2019. Shortly after purchase, I started noticing small paint chips in front of car, at 1000 miles or less, and we don't drive on any gravel roads. Now at 6000 miles, more chips are noticed, on the sides for example.

The "soul red crystal" color was a $595.00 upgrade charge. But the paint is thin and chips easily, down to the primer. I've never had a car with such "fragile" paint. Just a warning to others. I'm afraid of what it will look like in 10 years. The rest of the car has been great however.
