It happened on my birthday! It was snowing like crazy and my stupid van wouldn't start! It would turn over but it just wouldnt start. I took a bus to the nearest canadian tire store and picked up a new battery. I put the new battery in and it wouldnt start. By this time I was soaking wet and freezing but I had to do something with the van so I decided to tow it to the Mazda dealer. So far I was out $100 for the battery and $150 for the tow truck. Mazda told me that it was a fuse but they wanted to remove the after market immobalizer too in case it was causing the car not to start. The bill from mazda was around $350. Happy @#$%^^ birthday there goes $600 bucks into a 20 year old car.
