This vehicle loses its power without warning. It feels like the car is in neutral. I have to pull off the road turn it off then wait and start it again. I took it to the dealer and was charged for diagnostic test. They told me that they could not find the problem and if I was not comfortable operating the vehicle I should make other travel arrangements. I would like to know if anyone else has experienced the same engine problem and if so did they find the cause.
Update from Feb 23, 2017: After several attempts to solve this problem with the Dealer auto department I went to a local mechanic. Within a hour he determined the problem was the throttle which he replaced and solved this problem. Mazda never did get back to me regarding this complaint and I am out $140.00 paid to the dealership.
