The oil was always clean and topped off. No burning oil issues. For some reason the oil pressure light would illuminate. I assume the problem to be faulty electronics. The oil pressure gauge showed full pressure when the light was illuminated. I was spending so much time and money getting other problems fixed, I never bothered with this one.
