We are having a Mercedes-Benz C Class – 180 (Kompressor) – Petrol which is giving one particular type of trouble on which we have spent around Rs. 4 Lac till date but that problem still persists and again 2 days back, the agency has given an estimate of Rs. 3.5 lac to rectify that particular problem of “RPM fluctuation†and when we asked for a guarantee, they said we can’t give any written guarantee for the same.
This type of behavior from a company like Mercedes Benz is not tolerable and accepted. Please help us.
