Complaint
Customer states that the Radio and/or Media menus are not available in the driver display
Note: Both menus are still present in the MBUX Display as it is not affected by the complaint
Cause
MBUX multimedia system (A26/17) software
Remedy
Perform the following steps to remedy the complaint:
1. Perform a software update of the MBUX multimedia system (A26/17)
2. Perform SCN coding of the Instrument Cluster control unit (N133/1)
