Cylinder 5 misfiring; had 2 coils and plugs replaced; returned to mechanic, compression check showed 100PSI and he said the problem is internal and showed me a TSB on this complaint. S-B-01.30/28 June 8, 2009.

Now, on a 2007 Mercedes with only 56K miles I have to have the engine torn down to diagnose a problem.

You would think Mercedes would cover this design defect since there is a TSB on the defect, but no, it is up to me and my wallet!

I'm going to get it fixed and sell it. I have a GMC truck with 89K and no problems; guess I'll buy American!!!
