The fuel smell was most notable following a fill up. As the fuel went down the odor dissipated.

Every time for about the past two years if we fill up completely with gas the car smells really strong like gasoline! Especially when we park it in the garage! It is very scary since our water heater is also in the garage-makes me worry constantly! So now we never fill it up all the way-if we fill up to about 2/3 or so it doesn't have a strong gas smell?? Sounds serious though! This should also be recalled!! Some people, I've read stories, have said there was actual gasoline under the rear passenger seats!!??! We've never had that checked but sounds scary if true!?!
