The contact owns a 2008 Mercedes-Benz E350. The contact stated that all of the rear seat belts were inoperable. The contact stated that the vehicle exhibited the same symptoms as listed in NHTSA campaign number: 07V465000 (seat belts). The vehicle was not taken to a dealer to be diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was notified and stated that there was no recall; therefore, the contact would have to pay out of pocket for the repairs. The failure mileage was approximately 147,000.
