I received recall for passenger side airbag Feb 2019 and it still has not be replaced. Mb dealer can't order the bag because mbusa still has my case on pending. Mbusa said it was not up to them but up to the NHTSA to decide who's car get the replacement. This is not acceptable.

Takata recall. The contact owns a 2015 Mercedes-Benz E350. The contact received notification of NHTSA campaign number: 19V010000 (air bags). Mercedes-Benz of cincinnati (located at 8727 montgomery rd, cincinnati, oh 45236, (513) 984-9000) stated that the part was not available. The contact felt that the dealer exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was not notified. The contact had not experienced a failure. Parts distribution disconnect.
