The car is on a driveway at a friends house and can not move. Display states NOT READY TO DRIVE and TOWING NOT PERMITTED - MALFUNCTION

After contacting the dealer and followed his instruction the problem is not solved. Mercedes is sending a special towing truck to tow the car to Mercedes of Anaheim.
