This is a new car purchased June 2018, after just few weeks of purchase I started to experience unknown paint chips off without a known reason, without dents. Mercedes customer service and workshop keeps telling me this is done by people parking next to me. I have private parking at work and at home. and the 8 months new car has a chip off on almost on every single panel.
I had done touch ups since I will have to basically paint the whole car!
This is the worst purchase ever and so frustrating to deal with Mercedes customer service. I might accept that people around you are careless but the car is a luxurious which you cant even touch with a finger elsewhere paint will come off like a nail polish. Don't buy this car and possible any Mercedes. I wish I am rich I can give this car for scrap because its paint is just the worst quality and Mercedes do not accept it.
