Complaint
On vehicles with "ARTICO man-made leather upholstery" or "ARTICO man-made leather upholstery / DINAMICA microfiber - black (601A)" the material of the seat side bolster can tear. Both the seat cushion cover and the backrest cover on the front seat can be affected here.
Cause
The material may tear because the material in the side bolster is not suitable.
Remedy
Optimized seat covers are now available for ordering with new part numbers.
Some supply constraints may exist during initial roll out.
