We purchased a new 2024 Mercedes GLS 450 and the emergency braking system has randomly gone off approximately 25 times creating a dangerous situation every single time. Mercedes so far is ignoring the issue and allowing us to continue to drive the vehicle with no buyback offer. Proceeding with Lemon Law. Buyer beware.
