The contact owns a 2017 Mercedes Benz Metris equipped with hankook tires, tireline ventus S1 noble 2, tire size 225/55/R17, dot # 5mkc1ah0316.. the contact stated that the tires were just rotated and was driving at 75 mph and the front driver's side tire blew out from inside outward. The contact pulled over along the left side median lane on the highway. The contact then had to pull over the right side of the highway with the assistance of her towing service. The damaged tire was replaced on the side of the road and then the contact took the tire to the vehicle dealer rbm of atlanta 7640 roswell rd, atlanta, ga 30350 (770) 390-0700 who confirmed it was tire malfunction not from hitting a foreign object. The contact had all four tires replaced by the dealer. The tire dealer manufacturer was called by the contact and had pictures of the damaged tire sent to them. The contact currently had all four hankook tires in her possession. The tire failure mileage and the vehicle failure mileage was 22,000.
