This time the turbo failure was due to the mechanic negligence. When replacing engine filters he did not use proper procedure of loosening up filer housings. this lead to forcing the intake duct onto turbo connector during assembly and therefore broken part hit the compressor wheel, damaging its blades.

The first time dealer didn't do a good job and within 6 months another near failure occurred. Another dealer did much better job.
