The rear (auxiliary) battery was less than 3 years old when it went bad (dead). I bought and replaced it with a new one and had it reset by a mechanic, but after several miles the red battery lit again. Had the battery tested and the charge was very low. It's very unsafe to drive the vehicle since a lot of car functions relies on that battery and becoming a very significant safety issues. It seems that after some researches, the problem is very common in these vehicle model, but I'm not aware of any recall. Very concerning, especially when peoples safety is at risk.
