Mercedes Benz and the dealer refuse to accept responsibility for this defect and claim that it is past warranty. I do not accept this argument because it is a manufacturer's defect which is widespread.
I presently am an owner of four Mercedes Benz vehicles, I am totally disgusted with the attitude from a company that I have supported for over 35 years with purchases of over 25 cars. This particular car is a US car which I used in Florida. I decided to bring it to Canada five years ago and have had it serviced religiously at the same dealer that I have been doing business with for 35 years. Now I am also given the lame excuse that it is an American car!,,,,,,it is a Mercedes Benz built in Germany by Germans!!!!!
