The instrument panel started acting funny - all the lights would come on when driving and then everything would stop working, but if you smacked the top of the dash, it would all start working again. Then the car would not start, if you hit the top of the dash, it would start. No one can figure out where the short is and would have to take the whole dashboard apart to figure it out, which would be very expensive so I no longer drive this car right now. The '08 Mariner has caused me so many problems!
