I bought the vehicle at 30,000 miles and am positive that the vehicle was never driven with the emergency break on in the 22,000 miles that I had driven it. I randomly start hearing some noises from the rear. Park one night, come out to the car and try to reverse out of the spot and the rear is locked. The shoes had randomly crumbled and bound the passenger rear wheel
