I've had to replace 3 of 4 window actuators. 1st was the front passenger, then 1 - 1-1/2 yrs later the rear driver side and at approx 115K miles the front driver's side!! had to be replaced. Each time I could hear a 'cable' breaking sound. I could manipulate the window up and down so not toooooooo bad. But the driver's window was a real pain in the butt at the bank, the drive-thru pharmacy and the dry cleaners. Uggghhh!!!

Update from Oct 2, 2012: Only the 1st time was covered under warranty... The 2nd and 3rd cost me $225 each to repair!
