car in parking lot at 0525 AM, I'm on the golf course and the marshall comes and tells me my car is on fire. Fire department arrived short time later, engine had fallen to the ground, car burnt from front bumper to front seat of car. No apparent reason for fire, 5 years old, no major repairs, garaged, low milage. No warning on the idiot gauges and lites that something was not right. Sent MINIUSA an email, but have not gotten anything back from them. The car is in AAA insurances custody. I'm waiting for a settlement call from them.
Update from Aug 27, 2013: AAA is contacting BMW. Possible fuse box problem
